When We Are Closed
If you require a doctor outside of surgery hours please telephone 111.
111 is the NHS non-emergency number which is fast, easy and free. By calling 111 you will get to speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you. NHS111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobiles.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999.
Walk-in centres can treat minor illnesses and injuries that do not need an A & E visit.
They are open 7 days a week and you don't need an appointment. For example they can help with cuts, sprains, skin infections and emergency contraception.
