Patient Participation Group

Working together to support Salisbury House Surgery and its patients.

We are the link between the patients and the practice with a view to making a useful contribution to the improvement of existing services and to help the practice to develop new services to meet and identify patients’ needs. Under the new NHS primary care guidelines, representatives of the surgery’s patients must be consulted before any further changes take place in the local area. The Patient Participation Group (PPG) therefore needs your help in our mission to support the surgery, its doctors, nurses and staff, in meeting the demands of providing the very best healthcare that they can. All we ask is that you give up a little of your time to meet together to discuss patient related issues. We meet every 6 weeks at the surgery between 6pm and 8pm.

Please be aware that the PPG is not a forum to push personal problems but is to help the surgery to give the best possible service to all its patients.
