Dr Jain is an experienced and highly qualified General Practitioner and GP Partner, with extensive experience across all aspects of general practice. He has a particular interest in Sports Medicine and has undertaken specialist training in this field.
In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr Jain is the practice’s Safeguarding Lead, with a strong commitment to ensuring the safety, wellbeing and protection of patients, particularly those who may be vulnerable or at risk.
He is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and brings a wealth of clinical experience and expertise to his role as a GP Partner.
Dr Ian Knight, Male
Dr Knight is a dedicated and experienced GP Partner with a broad range of clinical experience in general practice. He is committed to delivering compassionate, personalised care and building strong relationships with his patients.
He has a particular interest in Sports Medicine, with specialist training and experience in this area. Dr Knight takes a holistic approach to patient care and is committed to maintaining high standards of clinical practice, ensuring that patients receive the support and treatment they need.

Dr Mazedul Hoque, Male
Dr Hoque is an experienced General Practitioner who has been a valued member of the practice for over 20 years. During this time, he has developed extensive experience across all areas of general practice and has built strong and lasting relationships with his patients.
He has a particular interest and expertise in Sexual Health, including contraceptive implant fitting and contraceptive injections. Dr Hoque is committed to providing high-quality, confidential and patient-centred care, drawing on his extensive clinical experience to support patients with their individual healthcare needs.
Dr Emma Chakravarty, Female
Currently on Sabbatical and due to return in January 2027
Qualifications: BMBS (Notts), BMedSci, MRCGP, MBA (Executive)
Dr Chakravarty is an experienced General Practitioner with a broad clinical background and a particular interest in General Medicine. Her previous clinical experience includes rotations in Psychiatry and Ophthalmology, providing him with a well-rounded approach to patient care.
She is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based and patient-centred care, taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs.
Outside of medicine, Dr Chakravarty enjoys cooking, walking and swimming. She has a passion for music and plays the piano, and is also an avid reader of fiction with a particular love of theatre.
Dr Ophelia Ansah, Female
Dr Ansah is an experienced General Practitioner with extensive experience across all areas of general practice. She has a particular interest in Sexual Health and Women’s Health, with specialist experience in a range of contraceptive services.
Her areas of expertise include contraceptive implant fitting and removal, coil fitting, and contraceptive injections, as well as supporting women through the menopause and associated healthcare needs.
Dr Ansah is committed to providing compassionate, confidential and patient-centred care, ensuring that each patient receives individualised advice and support tailored to their needs.
Dr Dolapo Osonowo, Female
Is currently on Maternity Leave and will be due to return in June 2027
Dr Osonowo is a highly experienced General Practitioner with over a decade of experience in general practice. Throughout her career, she has developed a broad range of clinical expertise and has cared for patients across all aspects of primary care.
She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care, taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs and ensuring they receive high-quality, personalised healthcare.
Dr Adeola Kayode, Female
Qualifications: MBBS, MPH, PhD, AFHEA, MWACP, MRCGP
Dr Ayode is an experienced General Practitioner with a strong clinical and academic background. She qualified as a doctor from LAUTECH, Nigeria, in 2010 and subsequently developed a particular interest in Women’s Health, completing her PhD in Women’s Health in Scotland in 2024.
Her clinical interests include Women’s Health and Paediatrics, alongside a strong passion for medical education and research. She is actively involved in teaching and is committed to supporting the development of future healthcare professionals.
Dr Kayode combines her extensive clinical experience with her academic expertise to provide high-quality, evidence-based and patient-centred care, with a particular focus on improving health outcomes for women and children.
Dr Suresh Kumar, Male
Dr Kumar qualified as a General Practitioner in March 2026 and is already developing a particular interest in Sexual Health and Women’s Health. He is currently undertaking further training in sexual health, with a focus on providing contraceptive services including coil and contraceptive implant procedures.
Although newly qualified as a GP, Dr Kumar has demonstrated a strong commitment to clinical excellence and professional development. He brings an enthusiastic, compassionate and patient-centred approach to his consultations and is dedicated to continually developing his skills to provide the highest standard of care to his patients.
