  • Manages the registration of new patients, verifying eligibility, collecting relevant documentation, and accurately inputting personal and medical information into the patient records system to support safe and effective care.
  • Handles the practice’s financial administration, including generating and issuing invoices, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting end-of-month account reconciliation.

Processes electronic prescription requests, liaise with local pharmacies, and ensure that all prescription tasks are completed within expected timeframes. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of prescribing protocols.
